Brightscape Certified Advisors (BCAs) complete a five-week program consisting of online workshop and classroom training.

The current program offered through Brightscape University consists of five core modules:

Brightscape Methodology and Philosophy
Client Marketing and Service
Brightscape and Fidelity Operational Procedures
Brightscape Retirement Services
Regulatory and Compliance Best-Practices

To complete the program and attain a BCA certificate you must score 80% or better on exams administered at the end of each module.

The Brightscape Certification Program is a rigorous program incorporating state of the art investment methodology and practices. It was developed in part via the work of Brightscape's co-founders with leading financial and investment theorists and practitioners including Eugene Fama of the University of Chicago and Kenneth French of MIT.
